About Faribault HRA

As provided in State law, the Faribault HRA handles a variety of housing programs. It also manages public housing units, Trails Edge Apartments, and Robinwood Manor senior housing. Programs are generally targeted to low and moderate income households.

One member is appointed annually from the City Council. Six additional representatives are appointed for staggered five-year terms. The Faribault HRA meets the second Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m., City Hall Public Meeting Room.
